International Shipping Options & Information
Shipping costs for international orders are based on the weight and destination of your order. To find your options for shipping methods, simply place items in your cart and enter your shipping address and it will be calculated for you. You’ll be given all shipping options available, along with exact costs during the checkout process.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing and packing (please allow 48-hours for packing). We allow 10 business days before a package is considered lost if sent using an expedited shipping method. International orders shipped via Mail Innovations are not considered lost until after 30 business days.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.
All international orders are final with the exception of Canada.
International orders are subject to customs fees.

Customs, Duties & Restrictions
To avoid delayed delivery of your order, we ask that you contact your local customs office and ask for import regulations and restrictions. Familiarizing yourself with your country’s policies prior to ordering makes ordering and shipping easier for us and for you! Not knowing these regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delayed delivery or abandonment at customs.
Please be aware of any personal purchase limits set by your country. If your order exceeds the limit, you will need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs.
SUPERFOODLIFE is not responsible for paying fees or rates that are incurred by customs. It is the customers’ sole responsibility to pay customs fees and rates upon arrival in the specific country.
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to unexpected customs fees and rates, SUPERFOODLIFE is not responsible for reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, please contact us at support@superfoodlife.com.
SUPERFOODLIFE is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs by the country due to regulations. If customs refuse a package, we will not accept the package back to our fulfillment center due to high rates and transactional fees to receive this product. If you want a refund on your order, please contact us at support@superfoodlife.com.
In the event the package is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a new product. We will issue a refund for the order and if the customer wishes to place another order - they can do so at superfoodlife.com. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
International orders may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery.
SUPERFOODLIFE is not responsible for orders that are delayed at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.
NOTE: Possible custom and duty charges will occur especially for all International orders/ customers. These charges will be determined based on the retail value of the products and not on discounted or sales prices. Please review the Value of Products Declaration for more information.

International Returns & Refund Policies
SUPERFOODLIFE is not responsible for any and all packages detained, impounded, delayed or returned to us by the country’s customs department or clearing/brokerage agencies. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their customs. If an item is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws or regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only (not the original shipping costs, duties, or fees).
You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. These, along with any brokerage (handling) fees, are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.
Please note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned or restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only (not the original shipping costs, duties, or fees).
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order. If the product is seized by customs, there will be no credit issued.
Declaration of Product Value
In compliance with international laws, we will state the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will never list the package as a gift.
Your order will include an invoice, indicating the name, quantity and price of each product.
